Andrew McEwen Interesting IRPCAS question: what lights does a foilboard show at night? It's less than 7 metres, but presumably has a design maximum of more than 7 knots. It isn't under sail, nor under power. And it certainly, (just like e-scooters), has no insurance.
Andrew McEwen Or has it an electric motor, in which case it IS under power, and falls into that category under IRPCAS? In which case the answer is: Side lights, stern light, and masthead light.
